Wrestlers who act in films are becoming more and more common in recent years thanks to the work of the former WWE Stars like The Rock and Batista breaking down doors for people in the industry to prove themselves. While her roles are very familiar to fans, there are many people who have been involved in some films but have been forgotten.
Whether that’s because their role was a small part, the movie wasn’t a big hit, or they’re just better known for other things, certain wrestlers have had movie roles that have faded into obscurity.
10 Eve Torres (Skiptrace)
Many wrestling fans may not be aware that Eve Torres jumped into the Hollywood world just because it came after her time in WWE ended. However, she did get a starring role in Skiptrace, where she was able to draw on her fighting skills she’s acquired over the years.
Eve got a scene in this movie where she fought the legendary Jackie Chan, which fans would surely enjoy. But because this wasn’t a huge blockbuster hit, it ends up being overlooked.
9 Ronda Rousey (Fast & Furious 7)
Ronda Rousey is a huge star, so it’s no surprise that she eventually broke into the movie world, especially in a major franchise like Fast & Furious. She’s not the only wrestler in the world either, as Roman Reigns and John Cena have also performed in the past.
However, Rousey isn’t anyone that people remember from this particular film, which is simply because there are so many other leads involved who have been part of this world from the start and tend to take the focus.

8th Maryse (Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No!)
The Sharknado franchise certainly has a niche audience, and those who enjoy these films have likely seen them all and enjoyed the madness. However, a lot of people just haven’t seen these films, especially the further you get into the franchise.
However, this franchise has often been friendly to professional wrestlers, with several stars getting opportunities to appear in the various films. One of them was Maryse, who got the chance to appear as a police officer in the third part.
7 Paige (Santa’s Little Helper)
Paige is someone who got her movie biopic with the popular Fighting With My Family, which the vast majority of people have seen, although Paige herself doesn’t appear in it. However, she does have acting credits of her own, one of which sees her star opposite The Miz in Santa’s Little Helper.
This is a Christmas movie that also incorporates elements of comedy. It’s a great story, but not one that many people have seen over the years, which is why many people are unaware of Paige’s role in it.

Sable was a big name in the wrestling world so it makes sense that she would eventually get involved in the film world as she was a huge star for the company. However, most people are unaware of the Slaves Of The Realm movie, which is why this went under the radar.

They landed major roles in Confessions Of A Womanizer, which was a huge opportunity for them as a couple. However, many people are not aware of it because they have been able to achieve so much else in the television world.

Lana is a well-known star in the wrestling world, although she is no longer actively involved. However, she has started to make great efforts to earn opportunities in the world of Hollywood, which she has succeeded in doing.
Lana was part of the movie Cosmic Sin, which starred her star alongside Bruce Willis, which gave her a huge opportunity in the acting world. Unfortunately, the film was not well received, which is why many people did not know about this film.

Stacy Keibler is a well-known former wrestler, but she’s also someone who’s found success outside of this world, especially when it comes to acting. She had many opportunities, mainly on television, where Keibler was able to show her personality and charisma.
However, she also got the chance to star in the film Dysfunctional Friends, where she got a lead role. However, this was not a blockbuster as many fans were unaware of it.
1 Gail Kim (Royal Kill)
In 2009, Gail Kim was able to flex her acting muscles by appearing in the movie Royal Kill, which is a fun movie but not one that most people are familiar with and that’s why casual fans don’t know that she was on the project involved.
The movie flopped at the box office, and that immediately stopped it from becoming a big deal for Kim that people would be aware of. She’s one of the greatest wrestlers of all time, but when it comes to her impact on the acting world, that’s forgotten.
