CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – Authorities are asking the public for help finding Alexis Rose Kostka, a 14-year-old girl who has been missing since October 5, 2025.
Kostka is described as a white female, 6 feet 2 inches tall, 192 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes.
Jessica Keifer, a family friend, encourages anyone with information to come forward: “Someone knows something, and if the right people see her picture, we can help her get the help she needs.”
Anyone with information should contact the Cedar Rapids Police Department or the Iowa Missing Person Information Clearinghouse.
