25-year-old Bikaner lady stabs husband to demise for infidelity arrested | Jaipur Information

Jaipur: A 25-year-old woman was arrested a day after she stabbed her husband to death at their home on Gobana Peer Road under Naal Police Station in Bikaner.
The woman said she attacked her husband when she became angry after learning he was living with another woman in a house near her home.
Police said the victim, Gauri Shankar Soni, 28, had an argument with his wife Saraswati when she asked him to allow her to go to her maternal home.
“The woman stabbed her husband and was able to flee the scene. Neighbors informed us of the incident late Thursday evening and the man was taken unconscious to the PBM hospital,” said Sub-Inspector and Investigating Officer Hans Raj. Naal Police Station.
On Friday, the victim’s condition appeared slightly better and the police took his statements. “It was established that Sataswati was angry with her husband after she found him cohabiting with another woman, Naina (26),” Raj said.
According to the victim, Sarasawati was arrested for attempted murder.
Further investigations into the case are ongoing, police added.
