Eureka Police ask for assist finding 81-year-old man who has been lacking for the previous few weeks Misplaced coastal outpost

Press release from the Eureka Police Department:

The Eureka Police Department is asking for assistance in locating 81-year-old missing person Michael Raymond Young. He is described as 6’2, 260 pounds, gray hair and blue eyes. He is also known as “Big Mike”.

Young was reported missing on June 8, 2022 but has not been seen since May 25, 2022. He lives in the old town and usually wears beige pants and a red knitted hat. Young also walks with the help of a stick. He has neither a car nor a cell phone. Young enjoys visiting local malls and uses the bus as a mode of transportation.
