Police are trying to find a weak lady who has been lacking in Lake within the Hills for over per week

Police are asking the public for help in locating a 49-year-old woman believed to be at risk who has been missing in Lake in the Hills for over a week.

The Illinois State Police issued a Vulnerable Missing Person notice for Jaci Cambronne, 49, on Tuesday.

The Lake in the Hills Police Department said Cambronne was described as a white woman who is 5ft 3 tall and weighs 115 pounds.

She wears glasses, has blond hair and a large tattoo on her back.

Cambronne drove a blue 2015 Infinity QX50 with license plate 319543 from Illinois.

She was last seen around 10 a.m. on October 3.

Cambronne has a condition that puts her at risk, the adviser said. The police did not say what the condition was.

The police also did not say where the woman was last seen.
