lawyer of MTS, Alex SpiroTMZ tells her… “We found out recently Justin Edison disappeared just before he was due to appear in court. The LAPD is currently investigating his disappearance and welcomes any information regarding his whereabouts.”
Prosecutor Alexander Bott revealed a series of text messages Kelsey Harris sent to Megan’s bodyguard at 4:27 a.m., about five minutes after the shooting:

The shadow room – which one first broke the message — reports that a separate source familiar with the situation insists that Justin’s own attorney hasn’t heard from him since Thursday… and that he appears to have critical information about the case. We already knew that much.
Remember, that’s the guy who Kelsey Harris — Meg’s ex-BFF who was in the car tonight — texted almost immediately after the shooting and wrote… “Help”, “Tory shot Meg” and “911”. He probably could have provided more context on this…including any follow-up conversations he had with either Kelsey or Megan. However, now he seems to be nowhere to be found.

With the uncertainty of whether Tory’s driver – who was also in the car that night – will testify (at the moment it doesn’t look like it) and a very vague narration created by Kelsey himself… Justin might have been instrumental in swinging this thing one way or the other.
Spiro’s concerns also seem to suggest foul play could be afoot, but so far… there’s no evidence of that. We’ve reached out to the LAPD to confirm if Justin is indeed listed as a missing person at this time — and if they’re actively searching for him.
