After Colby Richards disappeared from Montgomery, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, along with local organizations, launched an extensive search to locate him. He was last seen in the early hours of May 26, 2023, according to authorities.

Colby Richards was reportedly last seen walking out of his home in Musgrove Place in Spring, Texas. At the time, he was wearing a t-shirt, black shorts and gray Under Armor shoes.

Richards is described as a Caucasian male, six feet tall and weighing 195 pounds. He has blue eyes, short dark blond hair and a light complexion.

To facilitate the search effort, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone who may have information about Colby Richards or his current whereabouts to contact them immediately.

The contact number provided for this case is 936-760-5800, option 3. Individuals are also asked to provide case number 23A151879 to ensure accurate and prompt processing of their reports.

After the sheriff’s office posted about Colby Richards, several people commented and prayed for his safe return. One of the Facebook users, Heather Morgan Reding, expressed her concern for Colby, saying that he cared for her child and prayed for his well-being.

Bianca Benavides also hoped Colby was safe. Another user named Mandy Hardin expressed her support and concern for him, while Tina Howard expressed her shock and sadness at the situation, sending positive thoughts and prayers.

Out of concern for his well-being, law enforcement has expended significant resources to locate him immediately.

California has the most missing persons in the United States

About 600,000 people are reported missing in the United States each year. Notably, California tops the list with 2,133 reported missing, followed by Florida with 1,252 and Texas with 1,246.
