Coleman was last seen on June 20 in the Sapphire Beach Marina area, St. Thomas. It was known that he was staying on a ship that docked at Sapphire Marina. The name of the ship is unknown, police said.
According to the police report, Jeffrey Coleman is a Caucasian male, approximately 1.60 to 1.75 m tall and weighs approximately 90 kg.
