Minneapolis Police Department is asking the public for help in locating a missing 60-year-old

Minneapolis police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 60-year-old man.

Lionell Eddmonds Jr. was last seen on Friday afternoon. He is a new resident of a home healthcare facility on Weeks Avenue and not much is known about his habits, family or friends, police said.

According to authorities, Eddmonds has diabetes, suffers from memory problems and does not have his medication with him.

He is 1.77 meters tall and weighs 170 pounds. He has brown eyes and black/grey hair with a military style mohawk haircut. He was last seen in a light gray shirt and dark gray pajama bottoms.

Anyone who has seen Eddmonds or has information as to his whereabouts should call 911 or provide information at Policetips@minneapolismn.gov or 612-673-5845.
