Roanoke Rapids Police are currently attempting to locate Lemuel Jerrell Turnage, 57, who was last seen at 325 Madison St. on or about the afternoon hours of October 14th.

Turnage was dropped off at that location by a family member. Turnage has significant mental health issues. According to the reporter, he has not taken any medication for days. No description of clothing is known. Turnage stands about 5 feet tall and weighs about 185 pounds.
