Love Becomes Stalker: Pune Police Investigate Disturbing GPS Tracking Incident: Punekar News
Shukrawar Peth, February 19, 2024: It has come to light that a young lady was unnoticed by a GPS device on her two-wheeler due to unrequited affection. In this case, Vishrambaug Wada police station has registered a case against a young man from Baramati. The identified person is Lakhan Mahadev Bhise, 25 years old and resident of Pimpli, Baramati.
In this regard, the young lady lodged a complaint at Vishrambaug Wada police station. The complainant lives in a society in Shukrawar Peth. The accused Bhise had unrequited affection for the young woman. He secretly installed a GPS device on her bike to monitor her activities.
He persistently observed the young lady and showed her stalking behavior. The girl became aware of this situation, prompting her to report the incident to the police. Police sub-inspector Swati Bhorad is currently conducting the investigation.
