JACKSON, Wyo. – The Jackson Police Department (JPD) announced that missing person Braigene Collins has been located.
“The Jackson Police Department is pleased to announce that Ms. Collins has been found safe in another state,” JPD posted on Facebook on Friday, November 1st. “One of our investigators spoke to her on the phone and she is no longer considered a missing person. Thank you to everyone who contributed positively to this case.”
JPD noted that Collins' exact location will not be released out of respect for her privacy.
On October 14, JPD called on the public to help find Collins, who at the time had not been seen in a month. JPD told Buckrail that Collins has ties to other states in the Mountain West and the East Coast.
