Basil Short was seen yesterday at 2:45 p.m. in the 1200 block of the South Park Street in Halifax after leaving his residence. At 5:00 p.m. he became white that he was described as white, about 5,10 ”tall, slim, narrow, heads with gray hair.
Basil suffers from dementia and his supervisors have concerns about his security and well -being. However, there is no information that suggests a bad game.
