Simsbury, Conn. (Wfsb) – A man is in the hospital after the police were informed that he did not come home last night.

The police said they received a 911 call around 8:02 a.m., in which he reported that the 44-year-old man had not returned home.

The police began using license cameras and the emergency GPS location technology to determine that its last known location took place in the area of ​​3 overlook terrace.

A search for the area showed that the man had been in a car accident. His car was found by the street in a forest area near the intersection of the Bushy Hill Road and a view of terrace.

The police said that life -saving efforts demanded them to free the man out of the vehicle.
