Climbing Tartarus will make you stronger, but that's not the only reason you should go there. Every now and then people get lost in the dungeon and it's up to you to save them. Here is a list of all missing person data in Persona 3 Reload.
What are missing people in Persona 3 Reload?
As the story progresses, Elizabeth will inform you that civilians have accidentally wandered into Tartarus during the Dark Hour and you must save them before they are lost forever. While this may seem tedious at first, it may be important to save them as some of them are related to Social Link's progress.
Specifically, Bunkichi and Maiko are two characters who will migrate to Tartarus towards the end of the year. You have to save them to continue their social links when they are still progressing and if you want to see through their stories at the end of the game.
To make matters worse, each missing person has a different deadline within which you must rescue them. It would be very inefficient to go to Tartarus every time someone goes missing, so this guide should help you plan your trips.
How to rescue a missing person
The good news is that it's easy to rescue someone from Tartarus in Persona 3 Reload. All you have to do is go to the floor they're on, interact with them, and you're done. Elizabeth will give you a general overview of where the person is, while Fuuka will inform you if a person is missing on the floor you are on.
