Hey Atlus, Persona 4 Golden is next, yeah?

These people can hear the voices of the shadows summoning them, but have no personas and will be killed by the shadows if you don't save them before the next full moon after they come in. But don't just do it out of kindness – they'll reward you handsomely after the rescue.

Updated February 16, 2024: Today we're updating our Persona 3 Missing Persons Reload guide to include everyone missing by the December full moon.

Our P3R Missing Persons Guide is a
in progress
that we will continue to expand as we continue to push Persona 3 Reload forward.

Due to the fact that the missing persons deadlines coincide with the full moon missions, this guide contains spoilers for Persona 3 Reload.

Civilians are missing in Tartarus

Elizabeth tells you that someone is lost in Tartarus Persona 3. Reload Missing Persona P3R

Not much longer in Persona 3 Reload – shortly after your second full moon boss fight against the Emperor and Empress – Elizabeth calls Your protagonist and calls him to the Velvet Room.

The first time this happens is on
18.06
not long after Fuuka officially started navigating for the team.

As you go to the Velvet Room, Elizabeth tells you this Someone has disappeared somewhere in Tartarus. And while this may be the first time this has happened at P3R as apathy syndrome becomes more common, it certainly won't be the last.

This initiates a game-long series of additional objectives as you progress through Tartarus – only you and SEES can accomplish them Search and rescue of the missing in Tartarus.

From then on you will receive one few calls per lunar cycle that someone is missing in Tartarus, but you can do that too Check the bulletin board in front of the police station You can also get more information at Paulownia Mall. Elizabeth can provide you with a range of floors to reviewso that you don't wander aimlessly through Tartarus.

There's usually a call shortly after the full moon boss fight and a second one just before the next full moon, almost forcing you to go to Tartarus more than once per lunar cycle if you haven't already.

The caveat, however, is that this is the case You only have until the next full moon to rescue the missing people for this lunar cycle. Too long in Tartarus without a Persona is dangerous, especially during the full moon when the shadows become stronger.

Anyone who is not saved before the next full moon will be saved
forever lost
So if you intend to rescue the missing in P3R, make sure you prioritize the mission before your next full moon operation.

I ask Fuuka for an escort for a missing person in Tartarus Persona 3 Reload P3R

Call an escort to continue in Tartarus

New in Persona 3 Reload: When you find a missing person in Tartarus, you have the choice between: Bring them to the entrance yourself Or, if you want to explore further, you can do so Ask for an escort.

This mechanic sees one inactive party member Whoever was waiting at the entrance to Tartarus comes to you and Bring back the missing person for you so you can explore further.

It is helpful if you haven't completely searched the ground yet and would love to explore further, especially if you are between teleporters and haven't found the bottom with the next one yet and I don't want to lose several floors of progress through Tartaruswhen you find the missing thing on your first climb through a new block.

Collect rewards at the police station

However, although you You don't have to find missing people In Persona 3 Reload, the effort is usually worth it because everyone leaves a reward with Officer Kurosawa to thank him for his effort.

This can be anything from money, equipment, skill cards, and more. These rewards are available the next day at the police station, and picking it up does not take up your time slot.

Every single missing person leaves behind a reward. So check back regularly to see if you have anything.
