Bhopal Man cuts off girl’s palm and finger on suspicion of infidelity, charged with tried homicide

Bhopal: In a shocking incident, a man in Bhopal exceeded the limits of brutality when he cut off the palm and one of the fingers of his wife’s foot with a sharp-edged weapon under the influence of alcohol on suspicion of infidelity. The incident occurred late Tuesday evening in the village of Paras Nagar, under the Nishatpur Police Station, when 32-year-old Pritam Singh Sisodia attacked his wife Sangeeta with a farsa (a sharp-edged weapon). After the incident, Sangeeta told police that her husband came home drunk on Tuesday evening. He misbehaved towards his wife under the influence of alcohol and then attacked her with a farsa, cutting off her palm and one of the fingers on her feet. Sangeeta is hospitalized and treated. After the violence, Sisodia locked herself in a room. The police caught the suspect and registered an attempted murder.
