Culver City Police are asking the public for help in locating Ismael Cruz. Ismael was last seen on Wednesday, July 17, at his care facility in the 4000 block of Grand View Boulevard in Los Angeles. Ismael was last seen wearing a black jacket, green shirt, blue jeans, and a beige hat.
Ismael suffers from dementia and several illnesses that require medication. Ismael is said to have left the facility on foot.
