A Chester County teenager who has been missing since Aug. 29 is safe, state police said Monday.
16-year-old Leivy Mariela Rodas was seen at her home in Londonderry Township at 7.30am that day but had not been seen again. On September 3, the police issued a missing person’s report for her case.
