Missing Person Isaiah Foster: Endangered due to age
Oakland Police are asking our community members and media partners for assistance in locating missing person Isaiah Foster at risk due to age.
Foster was last seen around noon on December 1, 2023 in the 1000 block of East 28th Street. He was last seen wearing a white shirt and brownish-orange pants.
Foster is described as a 9-year-old black male. He is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. The family reports Foster is in good physical and mental condition.
