Civil Practice: Civil Contempt – Timeliness of Appeal – Custody Case

When a mother appealed a civil contempt judgment and found that she had disobeyed the trial court’s ruling altering custody, the mother’s appeal was untimely, being more than 10 days after the contempt judgment entered into force was submitted. Therefore the appeal is dismissed.

The appeal is dismissed.
