4 Nurudeen, a businessman residing at 5b Osunba Street, Igando, had approached the court to seek the dissolution of his marriage to Nimota.
5 He claimed that his wife left their marital home three times and once stayed away from the family for about two months.
6 Nurudeen said Nimota was involved in extramarital affairs with her neighbor, with whom she spent a lot of time online.
7 “The last time she left the house, she didn’t come back for a long time.
8th When she finally came back, she wanted to pack her things.
9 “I’m fed up with her neglect of marital obligations and threats.
10 I need rest,” he said.
11 In her reply, Nimota told the court that she left the house because Nurudeem had a habit of hitting her at the slightest provocation.
12 She said Nurudeen also denied her entry to the house when she returned home late.
13 Nimota said the infidelity allegation was false and an attempt to paint her in a bad light.
14 “He’s short-tempered.
fifteen He wrongly accuses me of infidelity.
He even arrested me and locked me in a police cell.
“I consent to the dissolution of the marriage.
I’m sick of being hit, I’m sick of the accusations,” she said.
