She completed her look with a pair of white platform shoes and delicate gold earrings.

The brunette carried a basket full of newly purchased snacks as she strolled across the parking lot.

Among her purchases were a packet of vegetable chips and a bottle of water.

Upon reaching her car – which was adorned with Hot Tomato signs – Ms Thorpe encountered a group of women and began chatting animatedly.

The women continued chatting as Mrs Thorpe opened the trunk and began loading her groceries inside.

Ms Thorpe remained in isolation for most of the next six months while Kennedy recovered.

She gained 80 pounds and suffered from postnatal depression, with Wallace often hanging out with the Titans.

Overcome with fear, Ms Thorpe said she had frequently apologized to her husband for being overweight and even promised him she “would get thin but please don’t cheat on me”.

Wallace reportedly assured her that he would not stray and only had eyes for her.

Last September Ms Thorpe’s life was turned upside down when she confronted Wallace about other alleged women he had seen. A series of alleged text messages ended their marriage.

On the same day, the couple left their Gold Coast home to inspect the property they bought together to build their dream home – only for Ms Thorpe to change her mind.

Deciding on the spot that she was going nowhere, she went home with Kennedy in her arms.

When other women later contacted her to reveal connections Wallace was allegedly involved in, her suspicions were further heightened.

Wallace has never admitted infidelity and denies any suggestion that he cheated on Ms Thorpe.

“I was in shock and wanted to believe my husband wouldn’t do this to me,” Thorpe told the Courier Mail.

“I feel so silly because I was so smug that I had a man who wasn’t like that. It was so embarrassing — and how many people knew it, I always wonder.”

The couple have since split and Ms Thorpe said her podcast More Than Just a Mum has been a cathartic experience.

She also stressed the importance of women not suffering in silence and called out the Titans for what they consider to be immoral behavior.

Ms Thorpe – who also helped raise Wallace’s two young daughters, Lara and Peyton, from a previous relationship – insists the club’s first priority is protecting themselves and the player, before often declaring to frustrated partners, that the private lives of footballers are not their business.

In response to Ms Thorpe’s claims of a perceived lack of support for partners, Titans management issued a statement from the club.

“The Titans offer welfare support to all players, staff and families,” it said.

“It’s a critical part of our club and something we treat with the utmost importance.

‘We treat personal and private personnel matters with absolute confidentiality.’

Ms Thorpe was crowned Miss World Australia in 2014 and placed fifth in the global competition
