Dad Makes YouTube Video for two Youngsters Claiming He Killed Their Mother for Infidelity – Crime On-line
A Texas man wanted for the past nine months in connection with his wife’s October 2020 murder is believed to have committed suicide in Florida on Friday.
Trent Paschal, 49, reportedly shot and killed Savannah Paschal, 30, at her Galveston County home before a police standoff ended in which he was shot and arrested. He was released on bail for his wife’s murder and other crimes in April 2021, according to KTRK, when he removed his ankle monitor, held a car salesman by the knife, and fled in a Chevy Tahoe he was testing at the time.
Trent Paschal reportedly emerged from the shower in the master bedroom where he was hiding and fatally shot his wife twice in the abdomen while her mother fled the house. At one point, Trent Paschal reportedly posted a four-minute video on YouTube telling his two children that he loved them and that he was sorry. He is reported to have said that Savannah Paschal’s infidelity led him to shoot her.
“I didn’t choose that. Your mother chose this. She cheated on me for a long time, “he said, according to The Sun in the now-deleted YouTube video. “She made a fool of me. I told her not to mess with me, not with my feelings. “
On Sunday, the Marion County Sheriff’s Office announced they had received a notice that Trent Paschal is at a Holiday Trav-L Park in Ocala, Florida. Police said they spotted him at the RV park and asked him to get out of a van before hearing a gunshot. The MPs finally got into the van and found Paschal dead, according to the WKMG.

KHOU reported that Savannah Paschal’s father Michael Kinchen and his wife have custody of Savannah and Trent Paschal’s two children, ages 7 and 12.
“We don’t feel like he should have been released over and over again. He was remanded three times in the first six months after our daughter died, “Kinchen told the news agency.
“We kept warning her… This man killed our daughter. He left his two children. “
