If a mother has challenged an award of custody and support for the child, the state’s parenting plan guidelines require custody to be determined on Martin Luther King Day and Presidents Day. So the court’s failure to do so constitutes a reversible error, but the rest of the judgment is upheld.
The verdict is partially confirmed; partially reversed and referred back.
