JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. — A date has been set for former Missouri governor and current Missouri state senator nominee Eric Greitens to appear for testimony in his custody case.
Greitens is set to testify in his ex-wife Sheena’s custody case on July 13. Eric Greitens is among the candidates voters will see in the GOP primary race for Missouri State Senator in the upcoming August election.
Eric Greitens resigned as Missouri governor in 2018 after allegations of various issues, including financial problems with his campaign and blackmailing a woman not to talk about her affair.
Greitens wants to access his ex-wife’s phone records because of a custody dispute
Sheena Greitens is trying to move the case from a Missouri court to Texas, where she lives. In court documents, Sheena Greitens claimed her ex-husband physically abused her and one of her sons. Eric Greitens called these allegations “fabricated”
That case is currently scheduled to go to court on July 15. Sheena Greitens said she has photos proving Eric Greitens abused her and her son.
