Family in Sharjah seek help to locate missing son

Sharjah: Public assistance has been requested to assist Sharjah Police in their search for a missing person.

A Syrian teenager identified as Yazan Mohammad, 17, has been reported missing from his home in Al Majaz 3 area of ​​Sharjah since March 26.

The missing boy’s mother told Gulf News that her son left the family home at 12:20 p.m. and has not returned since.

Yazan reportedly left his family’s home on March 26, prompting his family to file a missing persons report with Sharjah Police.

Footage from surveillance cameras showed him exiting the building at 12:20 p.m. He was wearing glasses, a numbered white shirt, blue shorts and slippers.

Police received a report of his disappearance from his family on March 26 and an investigation has been launched.
