REAL Housewives of Orange County alum Braunwyn Windham-Burke and her ex-husband Sean Burke are embroiled in a bitter dispute over child and spousal support, The US Sun exclusively reports. The former couple finalized their divorce in November 2023 after 23 years of marriage and raising seven children in Orange County, California.

Since their divorce, Braunwyn and Sean have both moved to Franklin, Tennessee. Braunwyn has found solace with her fiancée Jennifer Spinner, while Sean briefly moved in with the couple in April 2023 before moving out in December.

In a recent court filing on March 19, 2024, Sean requested a child support modification in Tennessee, citing a significant discrepancy that warranted adjustments. He attempted to align child support payments with the Tennessee Child Support Guidelines and asked Braunwyn to cover his legal fees related to the case.

In response, Braunwyn filed a civil contempt lawsuit on April 5, 2024, highlighting Sean's alleged failure to comply with their previously court-ordered agreement. This agreement required Sean to pay $6,000 per month for the care of their four minor children and an additional $5,000 per month for spousal support. Despite these requirements, Braunwyn claimed Sean failed to meet his financial obligations and accumulated a deficit of nearly $106,000.

Additionally, Braunwyn highlighted that Sean owed her a total of $142,000, including child support, spousal support and legal fees. Court documents revealed that Sean had only paid a fraction of that amount, leaving a significant balance outstanding.

Although he provided Sean with the necessary legal paperwork on April 12, he has yet to respond to the allegations. The US Sun attempted to reach out to both parties for comment on the ongoing litigation.

This latest conflict over financial support isn't the first fight between Braunwyn and Sean. In November 2023, before their divorce was finalized, Sean requested a reduction in monthly child support payments, citing increased time sharing with the children as the basis. However, the court rejected his application and thereby confirmed the existing support agreement.

Amid the legal battle, Braunwyn took to Instagram on April 15, 2024 to shed light on her financial woes following her split from Sean in 2021. Worked as a housewife for a year. Braunwyn expressed her gratitude for the support her family had provided during this challenging time and remained confident that a brighter future lies ahead.

As Braunwyn and Sean's legal battle continues to unfold, the intricacies of their shared past and their divergent paths serve as a stark reminder of the complexities often associated with divorce and co-parenting arrangements.
