Will ManciniFounder and Chief Vision Officer (CVO) of church consulting agency Future Church Co., has resigned due to infidelityaccording to a statement sent to the company’s current customers.

Mancini was a pastor until 2001, before turning to full-time church counseling and coaching. He has a master’s degree in theology from Dallas Theological Seminary and is the author of a number of books.

While serving at Clear Creek Community Church in Houston, Texas, Mancini was recruited to “establish a vision clarity process that their church clients must go through before offering typical marketing services,” Mancini had said on his defunct website.

Mancini’s website explained that Mancini followed God’s leading to “start a ministry that would reach more churches than just those interested in marketing ministry,” which eventually led to the birth of Auxano (meaning “to cause growth”) in 2004 . The company is designed to help local churches grow in their discipleship effectiveness.

In August 2020, Mancini left Auxano and founded Future Church Co. with Kelly Kannwischer (Co-Founder and CEO) and Dave Rhodes (Co-Founder and Chief Training Officer). According to Future Church Co., the company consists of three interrelated organizations that help the church embody the movement Jesus founded: Youinque, Pivvot, and Denominee.

“The paradigm for church that we have embraced — which has emerged as a result of the past 40 years of church history in North America — is perfectly designed to achieve the limited results that we are achieving,” Mancini says on the company’s website. “We can do better than that.”

Kannwischer and Rhodes’ statement said, “As leaders of Future Church Co., we are grateful to serve the faith-based community by empowering followers of Jesus to maximize their God-given potential and make God-inspired plans for the future to develop. ”

“Today we have news to share that Will Mancini has resigned from Future Church Co. for cause infidelity‘ the company’s co-founders continued.

Future Church Co. asked their clients to join them in prayer for their former CVO as he “focuses his attention on his marriage and takes care of his family as he enters a process of recovery” through the guidance of a professional ministry.
