Here’s What the Exes Agreed to on Child Support, Custody, and More (Exclusive Details!) – The Ashley’s Reality Roundup

“It’s FINALLY over!”

After a long and turbulent court battle CT tambourine is officially divorced!

The star of The challenge has officially settled his divorce Lilianet Solares on November 7, almost a year to the day that CT first filed for divorce from Lili, the mother of his seven-year-old son CJ. TMZ was the first to report the news of the divorce’s finalization; However, The Ashley has all the details about what the exes agreed to regarding money, custody of their son, child support and more!

As The Ashley told you, Lili originally asked for sole custody of CJ as well as “the ultimate say in most and/or all decisions regarding the minor child.” (CT had requested that they share parental responsibility equally.) Additionally, Lilli asked the judge to grant her “exclusive use” of their shared home in Florida and their 2022 Mercedes truck. (According to CT’s social media posts earlier that year, she would eventually total her truck in a car accident.)

She also requested five different types of maintenance.

After a very long court battle, Lili and CT agreed on some parenting rules in September, including that neither of them was allowed to take the child in for questioning. Additionally, CT and Lili cannot ask CJ about the other parent during their time with him. If the boy is with one parent, the other parent is allowed to call him twice a day, but CJ is allowed to call either parent as often as he wants.

CT and Lili attended court-ordered co-parenting classes and also completed the required counseling sessions with and for CJ.

According to court documents obtained by The Ashley, the couple’s prenuptial agreement was filed on November 6th. The ex-partners agreed on the following:

Time with CJ:

In the agreement, CT and Lili both agreed to share parental responsibility and 50/50 custody of CJ. They agreed to make important decisions for CJ regarding his health, education, etc. together. (This means that Lili did not have the “final say” in all matters for CJ, as she had originally requested.)

The Ashley can also reveal that CT and Lili agreed to allow the other parent to build and maintain a “feeling of affection” for CJ.

“Neither [parent] “Do everything possible to hinder the natural development of the child’s love and affection for the other party,” the agreement states.

Both CT and Lili will have access to CJ’s medical and school records and agree to keep each other updated on everything concerning the boy.

Both parents are allowed to attend CJ’s special events and extracurricular activities, and CT and Lili agreed to split the cost of these activities 50/50.

Lili and CT each receive CJ for the same number of weekdays and alternate with the boy on weekends and holidays.

CT’s reality TV schedule was also taken into account. (As The Ashley told you in September, Lili was furious when she found out about CT’s care plan for CJ while he was away filming The traitors 2 and lodged a legal objection against it.)

“Father works in the entertainment industry and may be required to travel from time to time for work,” the agreement states. “If the father needs to travel for work-related reasons, the parties will work together upon his return from the work trip to discuss replacement for the father’s missed time-sharing days.”

Behavior towards each other:

CT and Lili agreed not to badmouth each other in front of their son and to forbid anyone else from doing so while CJ was present.

“Um… Judge? Can we tape our mouths shut so we don’t shit on each other?”

“Every child has the right to have two parents and to love each without fear of anger or hurt from the other [parent]“, says the agreement. “…Every child has the right not to be present during their parents’ personal arguments or to be used as a spy, messenger or bargaining chip.”

Money Matters:

CT must pay Lili a one-time flat fee of $30,000 for her share of the equity in their shared home.

CT has agreed to pay Lili $741.39 per month in child support for the months he sees CJ as well as Lili; He pays $1,440.62 for the months he is away for work and is unable to divide his time evenly. CT will continue to pay CJ’s health insurance premiums, but the parents will split uncovered health care costs 50/50.

As The Ashley previously reported, Lili had originally requested that she remain the beneficiary of CT’s life insurance despite their divorce so that CT could continue paying support to Lilli even if he died. This request was apparently rejected. The agreement states that CT and Lili are entitled to their own retirement accounts. Both will remain owners of their own companies.

Although Lili (and CT) originally requested five different types of alimony, they both agreed to waive any alimony claim.

“Nice try anyway!”

They agreed to also pay their own court and legal costs. (Lili had initially requested that CT cover all costs associated with the divorce and court battle.)

Property:

The couple’s Florida home was turned over to CT, meaning Lili’s request for “exclusive use of the marital home” was not granted. He is responsible for paying off the home’s remaining mortgage of $390,000. CT also received its F-100 truck.

As The Challenge fans know, CT and Lili’s relationship was plagued with problems even before they married (on an MTV wedding show) in 2018.

But… they were so happy… somehow…

During the “Double Agents” season of “The Challenge” in 2020, CT announced that he and Lili had broken up.

“The marriage wasn’t going well,” CT said during a confessional this season. “We are separated and I feel like I have been running away from problems for a long time. I feel like they’ve finally caught up with me. I couldn’t lie to myself anymore.”

CT and Lili eventually reconciled; However, their marriage was always interrupted every now and then. They actually performed together in June MTV Movie & TV Awards that year, but broke up soon after.
