Indian husband kills newlywed girl who suspects infidelity

Despite attempts to save her, she died on the scene.

An Indian husband reportedly murdered his wife in her sleep on February 16, 2021.

The shocking incident occurred in the city of Mukkam, Kozhikode, Kerala.

It was reported that the violent murder happened because the man suspected that his wife was having an affair.

The man was identified as Saheer Kuttyali at the age of 30 while his wife was 20 year old Muhsila. The couple had only been married six months.

On the morning of the incident, Saheer’s parents heard a loud noise coming from his room.

They asked him to open the door, but Saheer refused.

When the parents called the relatives in the neighboring house, Saheer opened the door and ran out.

They discovered Muhsila, who was lying with her slit in a pool of blood.

Despite attempts to save her, she died on the scene.

Saheer tried to escape, but was caught by his relatives. In the meantime, the police have been informed and Saheer has been arrested.

The police took back the murder weapon.

During questioning, he confessed to the murder and said his suspicions of her alleged infidelity led to the crime.

SHO Nissam of the Mukkam Police Station said, “The couple got married on September 5, 2020. It was an arranged marriage.

“According to the defendant, he had doubts about his wife and it began to bother him mentally.

“Gradually he developed a severe sleep disorder. He was also up on Monday night until he committed the crime. “

“He said it happened suddenly. “This is just a primary conclusion. We are investigating further details. “

Saheer has four brothers and one sister. He lived with his parents and his wife.

According to friends and neighbors, the Indian husband purposely avoided her after getting married.

Saheer had worked abroad and only returned to his home country because of the pandemic. Meanwhile, his wife, Muhsila, had recently moved into her husband’s house.

Rasheed, a close friend of Saheer’s, said, “He was a kind person.

“He worked in the Gulf region and returned eight months ago due to Covid-19. Here he was painting.

“Still, he avoided contacting us.

“We heard that he even deleted our numbers from his phone contact list.

“Something must have happened to him. It’s hard to believe he killed his wife. “

While Saheer remains in custody, police continue their investigation to find out the truth and to find out if his wife actually had an affair.
