“It’s just gross” – Brittany Renner voices her ugly face in custody battle with Hornets’ PJ Washington
In a revealing conversation on Club Shay Shay with host Shannon Sharpe, Instagram sensation Brittany Renner gave an unfiltered look into the tumultuous custody battle she is embroiled in with her ex-boyfriend and Charlotte Hornets player PJ Washington.
During the conversation, Renner didn’t hold back from giving her side of the story.
Sharpe got to the heart of the matter with a question:
“When will you make peace for the sake of your child?”
Renner’s response was sincere:
“It’s not my fault. I did everything in my power. I have exhausted all options.”
Next, Sharpe asked about PJ Washington’s fiancée, Alisah Chanel.
Renner revealed her desire for stability for her son, saying:
“I would much rather my son had a stable wife over there and now he has a few girls on rotation. So she was never my enemy, right? But what is needed is for him to accept what is.”
Renner continued to reveal the difficulties of their ongoing custody battle:
“We’re still going through the court system for child custody issues, so it’s bad, right? It’s just bad. I’ve tried everything, there’s nothing more I can do.”
In February 2021, Brittany Renner finally put an end to dating rumors by officially confirming her relationship with Washington on Instagram.
Their first child together was born in May 2021.
Unfortunately, their relationship began to falter shortly after the birth of their son.
Washington moved on with Alisah Chanel after PJ and Renner broke up.
The couple got engaged in August 2022 and gave birth to their son on December 17, 2022.
Amid these developments, speculation circulated online that PJ Washington would be paying Renner $200,000 a month in child support.
However, on the Tonight’s Conversation podcast in August 2022, Renner clarified:
“A lot of people think I get X amount of child support and I don’t have to work and do all these things. I care very much for my child. I’m here right now, my mom is taking care of my son, and I’m here doing the damn thing. I do my best.”
She emphasized her independence and financial responsibility, stating:
“A lot of people judge that, but it’s like you can’t rely on the father of your child to take care of you, so you have to find a way, you know? So it’s like, it’s never been about money for me, it’s never been about that for me, but it’s like that, especially I’m not getting $200,000. For some reason this number is circulating, but I’m taking care of my child. I make $2,500 a month.
On the recent Club Shay Shay podcast, Brittany Renner also raised eyebrows when she revealed that she’s been in a relationship with a whopping 35 men over the course of her life.
