Jana Kramer accuses ex Ian Schinelli of infidelity after he claims she has patterns of ‘toxicity’

Jana Kramer has hit back at her ex Ian Schinelli with bold claims after he accused her of being manipulative and toxic during their relationship.

It began after Kramer, 38, made several comments about Schinelli and their romance, which ended last month. Following her public statements, Schinelli opened up about her relationship to Us Weekly, calling out the actress for alleged “manipulative behavior” and “patterns.” [of] Toxicity.”

“I tried to remain silent,” Schinelli said. “I didn’t want to be known. I appreciated who she was and this is her world, and I respected her and that’s where I wanted to stay. Obviously in this relationship I knew I was involved in some of it, which is totally fine.”

“I walked away from her,” the former Navy Seal continued. “There were certain things that weren’t good for me. I had spoken to a few people and realized that she just has a very strong, anxious attachment and that may be partly due to her ex, which is OK, anyway, that’s how it went through the whole relationship. I got to a breaking point where I just couldn’t handle it because I tried – I really did. I really care for her and I still do, but there came a point where I had to walk away.”

“Their patterns and toxicity,” he added. “It’s like I literally turned off the fuel in my life to make your life as easy as possible. I didn’t ask for anything other than going to the gym. … I would try to do as much as possible indoors.”

Among the other claims Schinelli made about Kramer was Schinelli’s claim that he was “not allowed to be with other women” and that she would “give.” [him] guilt.”

The fitness trainer also said the One Tree Hill grad spent time with his ex and called it a “manipulation tactic.”

“That’s what she does. Again, she reached out to people in my past and she reached out to a lot of people in Mike’s past,” he claimed, referring to Kramer’s ex-husband Mike Caussin, with whom she shares two children.

In a statement to Us Weekly, Kramer slammed Schinelli’s claims while also accusing her ex of cheating.

“The reason I didn’t say anything further about this breakup was because Ian lied about cheating on his ex-wife and I was trying to protect her,” the country music singer told the outlet. “She has become a friend of mine and I have tried to protect her privacy, but she has now given me permission to speak on her behalf.”

“Ian is furious that all his lies have been exposed and is now twisting the story,” she added, before claiming, “I’ve since found out from a lot of women that I wasn’t the only one during our relationship.”

“But I’m happily moving on with my life and I hope he does the same.”

Schinelli later responded to Kramer’s allegations and denied having been unfaithful to Kramer during their relationship.

“I went all in with Jana. Opened. [I was] vulnerable. I gave her everything in my life and my past,” he told Us Weekly. “I apologized to my ex-wife and admitted my mistakes. Now, all of a sudden, now that I’ve walked away from her – because of her extremely toxic behavior – she’s using all the secrets and information I shared with her against me.”

“She was the only one during our relationship,” he claimed.
