Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner agree on a temporary custody agreement

Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have reached a temporary custody agreement, court documents filed Tuesday show.

According to the order, Turner will have her two children, ages 1 and 3, from Oct. 9 to Oct. 21. The children will then go back with Jonas from October 21st to November 2nd.

The schedule will continue alternating, with Turner having the children by November 22nd, Jonas having them by December 16th, and Turner having them again by January 7th.

The order allows the Game of Thrones star to return to the UK after the children are born. Last month they agreed to a temporary order to keep the children in New York.

The former celebrity couple, who announced their split on September 6 after four years of marriage, are locked in a court battle over where their young children should live. Turner had petitioned Jonas to return the children to England, where the family had found their permanent home.

In his filing, Turner accused the Jonas Brothers singer of wrongfully detaining the children in New York City and refusing to hand over their passports.

In a statement, Jonas said handing over the passports would be a violation of a court order in Florida, where he filed for divorce. He also said he agreed that the children would be raised in both countries.

According to her filing, Turner was due to fly to New York City in mid-September to bring the children back to the UK, but the couple announced their divorce before that could happen. In Jonas’ divorce filing, he said the marriage was “irretrievably broken” and called for “shared parental responsibility” for their children.

Attorneys for Turner and Jonas did not respond to a request for comment Tuesday.
