Strike agreement in custody case

Joe Jonas And Sophie Turner have reached a settlement in their divorce case — and it sounds like they both agree.

As we reported, it was Joe and Sophie confuse the terms their divorce during three days of mediation last week.

There is a prenuptial agreement, so it looks like assets weren’t a big issue. The bigger problem was of course care. Sophie wanted the children to live with her in the UK and Joe wanted them to stay with him in the US

According to settlement documents obtained by TMZ, “an amicable resolution of all disputes between them is imminent.” Translation: They are close to signing an agreement.

They have now agreed on a temporary custody agreement. According to the conditions, the two children, ages 1 and 3, will be with Sophie from October 9th to 21st. During this time she is allowed to travel with them to Great Britain.

On October 21st, Sophie has to return to the USA with the children, where Joe will take them with him until November 2nd.

The children will then return to Sophie by November 22nd. Joe is picking them up that day and is expected to spend Thanksgiving with them.

On December 16th the children return to mom, where they stay until January 7th. So she gets them for CHRISTMAS and New Years.

Sounds like a final agreement is imminent.
