Judge guidelines in favor of Wendy Williams, Kevin Hunter’s baby help is not going to be resumed

Hunter appeared before a New Jersey judge and claimed that not only was he “broke,” but he also “can’t pay his bills.” The judge said Kevin’s demands were “non-existent” and ordered his latest application “dismissed with prejudice.”

The judge also denied his request for his ex-wife to pay his legal fees, Radar Online reported.

Hunter still has a shot at getting alimony in mediation. “The parties are expected to participate in binding arbitration,” the judge said. “The problems surrounding the severance pay and the [Qualified Domestic Relations Order] are controversial and must therefore be mediated.”

Hunter, 50, stopped receiving child support early last year shortly after Williams lost her contract with Talk WW. He filed a request to resume those payments in November. “I’ve defaulted on most of my bills,” he said. “I currently live in a community that requires payments to the homeowners association and I am behind on this bill.”

“If the homeowners association dues are not paid, foreclosure will soon follow,” he continued, according to court documents seen by The Sun. “My car insurance wasn’t paid because I didn’t receive monthly severance payments. I’m behind on credit card payments because I haven’t had any money since severance payments were suspended.”

“My life has been severely affected since the plaintiff stopped making payments under our settlement agreement,” Wendy’s ex added. “The fact that I am unable to sustain my life and pay my bills properly is extremely striking to me. I can’t pay my bills and make my daily living.”

However, Williams’ team said she suffered a financial loss after being suspended from her talk show, adding that as of October 2021 she stopped receiving her salary.

They also noted that her ex “understood and agreed” that if Wendy’s contract “is not renewed and/or otherwise suspended, terminated or terminated, all severance payments will either be canceled or amended.”

The two married in 1997 and divorced in 2019 after he had a baby with his mistress.
