Karan Mehra accuses spouse Nisha Rawal of infidelity, saying ‘a person has been dwelling in my home for 11 months’

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai fame, Karan Mehra has been making headlines for his personal life for a while. The actor is living apart from his wife Nisha Rawal after she made some serious allegations of domestic violence and abuse against him. For the Unversed, Nisha Rawal had claimed in May 2021 that Karan was having an extramarital affair and when she confronted him he got angry and banged her head against a wall.

Reports have been circulating for some time that Karan has accused his wife Nisha Rawal of infidelity. Also, Nisha had repeatedly accused Karan of infidelity in the past and claimed that Karan accepted his affair. However, now Karan has revealed that Nisha has been living with a man in his house for the past 11 months and shared that Nisha himself had confessed to the affair.

Now, in an interview with a leading news outlet, as reported by ETimes, Karan Mehra has revealed his side of the story and recently clarified his point. He shared that his wife Nisha Rawal’s allegations came as a huge shock to him. He also hinted that everything was pre-planned and accused his wife of stooping too low for money. Karan accused Nisha of infidelity, revealing:

“To this day a man lives in my house. This person has lived in my house for 11 months. He broke into my house and left his wife and children behind. They took away my belongings, cars and businesses.”

Further in the interview, Karan revealed that he had no idea what Nisha’s intentions were originally and he took a lot of time to understand what was happening to him. However, he added that after the serious charges against him, he was ready to put up a strong fight. Speaking about his parents and son Kavish, Karan shared that he misses his child and wants to get his parents out of this blame game. In his words:

“I miss my child. It’s difficult as a father when you can’t speak anymore. It’s tough. But I have to brace myself for the worst. brother out. They have anticipated bails. The High Court stayed it. It was a victory despite such big allegations. ”

When Nisha Rawal was previously on the controversial reality show Lock Upp, she had confessed to once kissing another man while still married to her ex-husband Karan Mehra. In her confession, Nisha shared that it happened in 2015 when she was emotionally drained after a miscarriage. During this time she had developed some feelings for another man. She had added:

“I got married to my ex-husband (Karan Mehra) in 2012 and in 2014 I miscarried. I had talked about it. The baby was five months old when I miscarried. Many also know that I was in a state of turmoil, both physically and mentally from an abusive relationship. In 2015 there was a big incident at my cousin’s sangeet ceremony and I was completely shattered. I wanted to do therapy to talk to someone. There I met an old friend. We found each other again after a long time. I confided in him about many things besides the abusive past. My ex-husband was aware every time I would meet him. But I think I got close to him.”

For the layman, Karan Mehra and Nisha Rawal married in 2012 and are blessed with a son, Kavish Mehra.
