Kenyan lady arrives herself, three youngsters are on hearth due to her husband’s “infidelity”

A Kenyan woman, Helen Vuyanzi, 35, set herself and her three children on fire after a disagreement with her husband in Sirende Village, Lugari Subdistrict, Kakamega.

While she and two of the children died, their third child survived the fire after jumping out of the house through a window.

According to The Star from Kenya, the incident happened on Saturday.

The daily reported that Vuyanzi had an argument with her husband and that they were advised by police officers under the direction of Lugari Subdistrict commander Bernard Ngungu before returning home without her husband to avoid further problems.

Vuyanzi had accused her husband of cheating after learning he was dating another woman, the police chief said.
