Kingston Police are asking for the public's help in locating 39-year-old Wiliam St. Jean, who has been missing since Friday, April 26, 2024.
According to police, St. Jean was last seen in the Cataraqui Center area.

“St. Jean is known to frequently visit emergency shelters in the area,” Kingston police said in a news release. “[St. Jean] wore black pants, a dark shirt and a black baseball cap and carried a blue guitar and an orange backpack.”
