OCEANSIDE, CA — The Oceanside Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating a missing “at risk” person: Sara Celeste Otero is a 28-year-old white female, 5’6″ tall and weighing 130 lbs was last seen at 8 :40 AM on 1/28/22.
She was last seen in the 1200 Block of Aldernay Ct in Oceanside driving a charcoal gray Subaru Outback License number 7GAB955
