Lala Kent locked herself in her bed room for every week after studying of Randall Emmett’s infidelity

Lala Kent shares new insight into how her relationship with Randall Emmett dissolved after she found out about his infidelity.

During the second half of Vanderpump Rules Season 9 reunion on Wednesday, Lala, 31, opened up about when she first noticed signs of trouble in the relationship.

“Randall was never home and he always said it was work related. He was always on the phone. It was non-f—— on his phone and I still haven’t even registered it,” said the Give Them Lala Beauty founder. “Honest to god it was when Katie [Maloney-Schwartz] called me on October 15th and said, ‘There have come out two pictures with Randall and two girls.’ I have the biggest hole in my stomach right now. All I knew was that Randall wasn’t who I thought he was.”

“I thought I knew he was loyal to me. That’s all I wanted,” she continued through tears. “I said, ‘I know how boys are and I can trust him and I know he won’t go after me.’ And the fact that this man knew what he was doing and he made me feel safe enough to bring a child into this world. I’m disgusted.”

When asked what “lengths” Randall, 50, went to to get her to stay with him, Lala admitted, “There wasn’t much for him to do.”

“I was very closed off,” she continued. “I stayed in the bedroom with the door locked for about a week. So he decided he had to go to Miami.

Lala added that she believes Randall has “lived a double life for a very long time.”

“I think Randall will stop at nothing to make sure his double life isn’t exposed,” she said. “When I found out things weren’t what they seemed to be, which I’m still finding out when we met, by the way. In my head, I thought, life isn’t a cookie cutter. We were soulmates. We fell in love. And of course I didn’t think he would do that to me. … I believe my five and a half years with Randall is a lie.”

Lala and Randall got engaged in September 2018 but had to postpone their April 2020 wedding to sometime in 2022 due to the coronavirus pandemic. The exes, who welcomed daughter Ocean last March, called off their engagement in October 2021.

The Utah native’s castmates also weighed in on rumors of Randall’s cheating and the couple’s subsequent split during Wednesday’s episode. Starting with Tom Sandoval, the 38-year-old claimed Randall appears to have met a woman who is linked to someone they all know.

For his part, James Kennedy said he heard “some sexual rumours” but he also reportedly saw Randall “buying drinks with two of the hottest girls” at Lisa Vanderpump’s SUR restaurant. The former couple’s child was “already born at this point,” the 30-year-old added.

Lala expressed disappointment at not finding out about the rumors until long after the fact, and said she “wish” her co-stars had brought it to her attention sooner.

Raquel Leviss said she hadn’t heard any cheating rumors, although she admitted she wasn’t “surprised” that the former couple’s split was linked to it. The 27-year-old then claimed Lala was “a mistress” when she first started seeing Randall, who was previously married to actress Ambyr Childers from 2009 to 2017.

But Lala was quick to deny such speculation: “When I met Randall, he told me he was separated.”

“We were on the road for two months at a time. We didn’t come back once,” she said. “What woman would allow her husband to go away for two months and not come back for once?”

Lala added, “I’ve only seen successful marriages. I didn’t know people rolled like that.”

In another note, Scheana Shay revealed that Lala previously “trusted” her before the breakup. At the time, Lala felt like she didn’t have a “partner,” like Scheana, 36, has in her fiancé, Brock Davies.

“That was the first time I really realized there were any issues in their relationship,” Scheana said. “They always put on this facade, you know, everything was great. I’m the queen of this club so I get it. But that day my heart really broke for her because I couldn’t imagine having a child with someone who wasn’t a 50/50 partner.”
