Latah County Sheriff’s Workplace Continues Seek for Man Lacking in ‘Suspicious Circumstances’ Idaho

BOVILL — On Wednesday, March 23, 2022, the Latah County Sheriff’s Office, with the assistance of multiple law enforcement agencies, served multiple search warrants on Jeffery Schroeder as part of an investigation into missing person.

According to the Latah County Sheriff’s Office, the investigation is currently being conducted as a missing person in suspicious circumstances. Investigators hope that the execution of those search warrants will lead them to more information about Mr. Schroeder’s whereabouts.

Jeffrey J. Schroeder, 67, was last seen in Bovill around 11:00am on Wednesday February 9th. Schroeder is described as being 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing about 140 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen in blue jeans, a long-sleeved green shirt, a blue Sherpa-lined Levi’s jacket, work boots and a baseball cap.

The case is currently being investigated by the Latah County Sheriff’s Detectives.
