To find the missing civilians, we want to drive in Tartarus and speak to Elizabeth. Select “Missing Person” in the Dialog menu. It will give us a number of floors on which the missing person can be switched on. Go to the lowest floor that you suggested and Fuuka gives you the exact floor on which the missing person is located. Go to this floor and look for the missing person. Then you can go back to the entrance with you or send an escort to do this for you. In the following we have listed all the missing people, the date on which they are missing, the deadline for the rescue and range of the floors between which they fall.

Rewards for missing person
To save one of the suspicious people above, you will receive a reward. These vary from large sums of money to useful articles, skill cards and even a few key components for inquiries.
To claim your rewards, visit the police station at any time after saving a missing person and speak to Officer Kurosawa. He will thank you for your work and give you all the rewards of the missing person.
There is no reward for the rescue of all missing people in the game, but the individual rewards they receive are more than the effort to spend a few minutes of every tartarus to bring missing people to the entrance.
