“Love & Hip Hop” star Safaree refuses to pay ex-Erica Mena Alimonie in case of divorce

Love and hip hop star Safaree calls on a judge to deny any request from his estranged wife Erica Mena for support in their bitter divorce.

According to court documents obtained by Radar, Safaree filed his response on Erica’s divorce, revealing that he is preparing for a fight.

The reality star is battling her for custody after she sought primary physical and legal custody. He thinks they should share joint custody. He also demands that the court award him a flexible custody plan.

Safaree believes that having a consistent parenting plan would be in her little girl’s best interests Sapphires and their second baby is coming next month.

In her petition, Erica not only asked for sole custody of her children, but also wanted Safaree to be kicked out of their shared home in Georgia.

It seems Safaree has no problem with this request as long as it agrees to certain terms. In court records, he says that if she lives exclusively there, he will be fine, as long as he is not liable to refinance the mortgage. Safaree says he is also owed equity on the property.

He wants him to have exclusive rights to his cars and all of his property. Safaree has ticked the box and asked the judge not to give Erica child support, but is willing to pay child support. His lawyer asks the court to determine the amount he should pay each month.

As Radar previously reported, Erica filed for divorce from Safaree on May 21, after nearly two years of marriage. She claimed the marriage broke up with no hope of reconciliation.
