Madison PD is on the lookout for man who eliminated his personal GPS monitoring bracelet

MADISON, Wisconsin (WMTV) – The Madison Police Department is seeking help from the community in finding a man who cut off his GPS device while in custody.

According to a Madison PD Facebook post, Rondino S. Fleming cut off his GPS armband while on remand for violent crimes, including first-degree sexual assault with a dangerous weapon. Madison PD says he poses a security threat to the community.

Fleming is described as 29 years old, 1.70 m tall, weighs 200 pounds and is said to have shaved his beard.

Vehicle information from Madison PD Fleming is currently unknown.

Madison PD tells residents to call 911 immediately if he’s seen in public.
