Man killed by his 17-year-old stepson after an argument together with his mom over infidelity

A man was stabbed and killed by his 17-year-old son Sunday night after starting an argument with his wife in Mikindani, Mombasa County.

According to a police report on the incident, the boy, who is a student at Kajembe High School, obtained two kitchen knives from their home, stabbed his stepfather in the stomach, chest and face several times, and disappeared to an unknown destination.

The deceased was then taken to the Mikindani Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead on arrival. The incident was reported to the police by the boy’s mother.

“The investigation into the suspect is ongoing,” says the police report.

The body of the deceased was transferred to the Coast General Hospital.
