This usually happens “without the customer's knowledge” and the fraudst “the difference between the rate he calculated to the customer and the tariff that he paid to the subcontractor.

“Essentially, the broker acts as a middle man and sells the shipment to two different airlines to receive more money than he can deliver to the difference as a profit.”

Payne said, “You take the information, you register under another company.”

Other color

He said that the roles initially had GPS persecution, but this was deactivated within 12 minutes after leaving the dealer in Arizona.

Payne also claimed that the SUV was originally diverted from Arizona to Los Angeles instead of Atlanta.

After he apparently had little support from the police, he turned to online forums with luxury vehicles to get help with the detection of his car.

Payne claimed that he soon received a “tip with a Tikok video”, from which someone carried out a full video -Walkaround of the car -I was able to identify it positively that this was my car.

He claimed that the roles had been wrapped in a different color.

During an interview with Vinwiki last month, he said: “At first I didn't think it was mine because it was white.

“But then I noticed that the mirrors were still black, park sensors were still black and the wheels were different, but the interior was exactly the same.”
