Marcell Ozuna’s spouse advised Cops that MLB star threatened to kill her in an argument over alleged infidelity

New details in Marcell Ozuna Domestic Violence Arrest – Police say his wife alleged the MLB star threatened to kill her “over an infidelity” during a heated argument.

This is all in the booking report of TMZ Sport … in which Sandy Springs cops describe what happened when they arrived at the Atlanta Braves star’s home in Georgia on May 29th.

Two officers say they responded to a report a domestic quarrel – and the alleged victim told them 30-year-old Ozuna “took her two cell phones out of the bathroom while showering without her consent”.

When she asked Ozuna to return the phones, Marcell allegedly refused – and then “He threatened to kill her and she threatened to call 911,” the report reads.

The woman told the police that she took HIS cell phone and called 911 – and Ozuna tried to leave the property.

But the woman claims she followed him outside and chased him around a vehicle.

Finally the woman went back inside, locked the door – and then grabbed a “large kitchen knife” to defend herself.

The woman claims that Ozuna came back into the house and “continued to yell and abuse her”.

The woman says she waved the knife on her hip and “warned” [Ozuna] that it would hurt him if he got closer. “

“She added that she feared for her life because of his aggressive behavior.”

The woman says she finally put the knife down – but Ozuna continued to behave aggressively … At one point he “pressed his left hand and forearm (which was in a hard cast) against her face, pushed them back and smashed them into the face several times . “

The woman says that she had an argument with Ozuna and he pushed her to the floor. Then he grabbed her by the neck and held her against the wall … and then one of the officers walked into the house and witnessed the strangulation.

Ozuna stopped the attack when he saw the cops, the report said.

The MLB star has been arrested and is now facing multiple criminal charges, including aggravated assault through strangulation and wrongdoing against his wife.
