Missing person Millow Bradford: At risk due to dementia

The Oakland Police Department is asking for the assistance of our community and media partners in locating missing person Millow Bradford who is missing at risk from dementia.

Bradford is a resident of San Francisco. However, she was last seen on May 6, 2022 at around 12:30 am on the 300 block of Hawthorne Avenue.

She wore a multicolored knit beanie with a fuzzy ball on top, a distressed dark brown jacket, blue jeans and black Crocs. Bradford is known for using public transport.

Bradford is described as a 74-year-old African American woman. She is 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighs 135 pounds, has gray hair and brown eyes. The family reports that Bradford has dementia.
