He was last seen around midnight last night near the intersection of 27th and West Boulevard, next to the intersection of Layton Avenue. He is approximately 6 feet tall and weighs approximately 165 pounds. Lisowski has short brown hair, brown eyes, tattoos on his forearms, and glasses. Investigators said he was wearing a purple and blue tie-dye shirt and khaki shorts. Lisowski was also believed to be driving a black 2016 Tiguan with Wisconsin license plate AXD5073. Lisowski has short brown hair, brown eyes, tattoos on his forearms and glasses.
According to investigators, he was wearing a purple and blue tie-dye shirt and khaki shorts.
Lisowski is also said to have been driving a black Tiguan (model year 2016) with Wisconsin license plate AXD5073.
